  • For US Customers:
    Orders are shipped domestically from our US partner warehouse in California.

  • For Customers in Other Countries:
    Orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Korea.

❓ FAQ:

(US orders) When will my order ship?

We process orders within 1-2 business days (Monday through Saturday). Our team works seven days a week to prepare your orders, but since USPS is closed on Sundays, shipments can only go out Monday through Saturday.

 

(US orders) What shipping carrier do you use?

We use USPS Ground Advantage by default to ensure reliable delivery.

 

(US orders) How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will ship from our California warehouse via USPS Ground Advantage. Most customers receive their orders within 2-5 business days after shipping, depending on your location within the US.

 

■ Tracking code

The tracking code will be updated after the product is shipped, and it may take 1-3 business days for tracking information to appear.
If your tracking code does not populate within the allotted time, please send us an e-mail or contact us and we will help you as soon as possible.

■ Delivery policy
Package cannot be packed or shipped when customers provide incorrect shipping address, and packages sent to an invalid or incorrect address cannot be shipped again. Customers are responsible for providing correct address when creating order.
NIDA team will contact the customers who entered incorrect address that cannot be shipped through email (cs@nida.co), and the customer is responsible to respond to the mail. When the customer does not respond to the email within 14 days, we will cancel the order, and the customer must re-order the products.

*Please understand that sometimes delivery may be delayed depending on order size due to events or conditions within the shipping company.

If an incorrect shipping address is entered, we cannot guarantee delivery to the intended destination.
