Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly at checkout. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. You will be responsible for additional shipping at that time.
■ Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased, you can return your unused item(s) for a full refund within 30 days from the date the products were received. To start returning your order products, you will have to email us at cs@nida.co first with [RETURN] title.
The items must be unused and in original condition. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
However, customers will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. In case of restocking fee, the 30-day return period has passed, or the product has become unusable due to damaging or using the package. To start a return, you will have to log in first. In your account order page, you can start returning your product. Or, please send an email to customer service (cs@nida.co) or contact us through the Contact button at the bottom right of our homepage. and we will help you as soon as possible
Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed once shipped. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. We apologize, however, the original and return shipping fees are not refundable.
■ Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
■ Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
■ Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
■ Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
